有機(jī)半導(dǎo)體是實(shí)現(xiàn)下一代柔性、低成本電子與能源系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵材料,其性能由分子結(jié)構(gòu)、凝聚態(tài)組裝及器件工程三個層面共同決定,是后摩爾時代信息技術(shù)發(fā)展的重要方向。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)從微觀分子結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計到宏觀電路系統(tǒng)的性能跨越,是本領(lǐng)域面臨的核心挑戰(zhàn)。本次報告將圍繞有機(jī)半導(dǎo)體材料與器件的交叉融合,包含以下方面:深入介紹有機(jī)半導(dǎo)體分子的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與合成,成功創(chuàng)制了一系列高性能N型、P型及雙極性半導(dǎo)體材料;闡述有機(jī)半導(dǎo)體可控組裝與晶體生長的物理規(guī)律,實(shí)現(xiàn)了從低維單晶到大面積高質(zhì)量薄膜的可控制備;展示有機(jī)場效應(yīng)晶體管的集成與應(yīng)用,證明了有機(jī)電子在新型顯示、智能傳感等領(lǐng)域的廣闊應(yīng)用前景。

Organic semiconductors are key materials enabling next-generation flexible, low-cost electronics and energy systems. Their performance is jointly determined by three levels: molecular structure, condensed-state assembly, and device engineering, positioning them as a vital direction for information technology in the post-Moore era. Achieving a performance leap from microscopic molecular structure design to macroscopic circuit systems remains a core challenge in this field, necessitating systematic breakthroughs in material creation, structural control, and device physics. This report will focus on the intersection of organic semiconductor materials and devices, covering the following aspects: providing an in-depth introduction to the structural design and synthesis of organic semiconductor molecules, which has led to the successful development of a series of high-performance N-type, P-type, and ambipolar semiconductor materials; elucidating the physical principles underlying the controlled assembly and crystal growth of organic semiconductors, enabling the controllable preparation of materials ranging from low-dimensional single crystals to large-area, high-quality thin films; and demonstrating the integration and application of organic field-effect transistors, highlighting the great potential of organic electronics in emerging fields such as novel displays and intelligent sensing.

胡文平,中國科學(xué)院院士,天津大學(xué)教授,廈門大學(xué)校長,智能傳感功能材料全國重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室執(zhí)行主任,有機(jī)集成電路教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任。他于1993年本科畢業(yè)于湖南大學(xué)化學(xué)化工系,先后在中國科學(xué)院金屬研究所、化學(xué)研究所獲得碩士、博士學(xué)位,曾赴日本大阪大學(xué)、德國斯圖加特大學(xué)開展合作研究,2003年入選中國科學(xué)院"百人計劃"歸國投身科研事業(yè)。他長期從事有機(jī)半導(dǎo)體物理化學(xué)的研究,瞄準(zhǔn)“有機(jī)集成電路”這一重大科技前沿,聚焦源頭創(chuàng)新,構(gòu)筑了“有機(jī)半導(dǎo)體分子→有機(jī)半導(dǎo)體晶體→有機(jī)場效應(yīng)晶體管和有機(jī)集成電路”的特色研究體系,為新型有機(jī)半導(dǎo)體材料與器件的應(yīng)用做出重要貢獻(xiàn)。他擔(dān)任《SmartMat》創(chuàng)刊主編,并擔(dān)任《Advanced Energy Materials》、《Advanced Electronic Materials》、《Nano Research》、《Science China Materials》等期刊的國際編委。榮獲國家自然科學(xué)二等獎2項(xiàng)、天津市自然科學(xué)獎特等獎與一等獎各1項(xiàng)、全國創(chuàng)新爭先獎、全國優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文指導(dǎo)教師、天津市“最美科技工作者”等榮譽(yù)。
